SPLOŠNI POGOJI POSLOVANJA
I FEEL DANCE ALLTHAT BOOTHCAMP urejajo navedeni splošni pogoji poslovanja

Ti splošni pogoji so sestavni del pogodbe, ki jo skleneta Zavod Allthat in prijavitelj, ki prijavlja udeleženca na IFeelDance AllThat Boothcamp. Z določili splošnih pogojev se prijavitelj lahko seznani na spletni strani www.allthatdancecamp.com, kjer so posebej označeni in splošno dostopni.
Ti splošni pogoji ne veljajo za sklenitev dodatnega zavarovanja za primer odpovedi udeležbe s strani prijavitelja, kjer Zavod Allthat nastopa kot posrednik. V tem primeru veljajo splošni pogoji zavarovalnice.
1. SPLOŠNE INFORMACIJE
IFeelDance AllThat Boothcamp (v nadaljevanju: plesni tabor) organizira ZAVOD ALLTHAT, Vodnikova cesta 269a, 1000 Ljubljana, matična številka: 9432779000, davčna številka: 74068024 (v nadaljevanju: organizator).
Blagovna znamka IFellDance AllThat Boothcamp je zaščitena blagovna znamka. Vsakršno nedovoljeno reproduciranje in ali uporaba znamke je strogo prepovedana.
Organizator bo udeležencem plesnega tabora ponudil plesne delavnice z izbranimi koreografi in učitelji.
Organizator si pridržuje pravico, da kadarkoli spremeni program, urnik, seznam učiteljev in lokacijo plesnega tabora.
2. PRIJAVA UDELEŽBE IN POGODBA
Prijavitelj je vsaka oseba, ki opravlja veljavno rezervacijo ali nakup izbranega paketa. Udeleženec je vsaka oseba, ki se bo na podlagi plačila celotnega zneska izbranega paketa udeležila plesnega tabora. Prijava udeležbe poteka zgolj preko uradnega spletnega obrazca.
Program v posameznem paketu velja kot ponudba.
Na osnovi ponudbe prijavitelj prijavi udeleženca preko uradnega spletnega obrazca. Ob prijavi prijavitelj na svoj elektronski naslov prejme dokument IFeelDance AllThat Boothcamp, v katerem so razvidni vsi podatki o izbranem paketu in dodatnih storitvah, kot tudi program plačil in morebitni ostali dogovori. Za udeležbo na plesnem taboru mora prijavitelj izpolniti vse zahtevane obrazce in izvesti vsa plačila skladno s plačilnimi pogoji navedenimi v prejetem dokumentu oziroma splošnih pogojih poslovanja. V primeru, da prijavitelj ob prijavi ne navede pravilnih podatkov, je odgovoren za vse stroške oziroma pravne posledice, nastale zaradi napačnih podatkov.
Izpolnjen in oddan spletni obrazec pomeni rezervacijo izbranega paketa.
Rezervacija izbranega paketa pomeni pravno zavezujoč sprejem ponudbe in zavezuje k polnemu plačilu cene izbranega paketa skladno s spodaj navedenimi pogoji plačila. Rezervacija izbranega paketa prijavitelja zavezuje k plačilu akontacije za prijavo v roku 5 dni po oddaji prijave. V primeru, da prijavitelj v roku 5 dni po prijavi ne plača akontacije za prijavo, organizator rezervacijo paketa odpove in o tem pisno ali na drug primeren način obvesti prijavitelja. Za dan plačila se šteje, ko prijavitelj izvrši plačilo oziroma, ko organizator plačilo prejem na svoj transakcijski račun. Udeležba na plesnem taboru je dovoljena zgolj ob pravočasnem in polnem plačilu izbranega paketa tj. celotni znesek izbranega paketa.
Organizator ne dovoljuje udeležbe na plesnem taboru ali posamezni aktivnosti organizirani v sklopu plesnega tabora, če udeleženec ni izpolnil pogojev prijave in, ali udeležbe iz splošnih pogojev poslovanja in, ali ni pravilno opravil registracije na kraju samem ob predhodnem dogovoru.
Potrjena udeležba je pogojena s številom prostih mest, zato organizator ne odgovarja za stroške prijave udeležbe, morebitne potne stroške, stroške nastanitve ali kakršne koli druge stroške, ki bi lahko nastali prijavitelju zaradi izgubljenega prostega mesta in, ali neudeležbe na plesnem taboru.
3. POGOJI PLAČILA IN CENE
Cene izbranega paketa so določene v ponudbi in programu ter veljajo od dneva objave programa do spremembe. V ceno so vštete storitve, ki so naveden v programu izbranega paketa. Za prijavitelja je veljavna cena na dan sklenitve pogodbe (prijave oziroma oddaje rezervacije).
Plačilo akontacije za potrditev rezervacije udeležbe na plesnem taboru v znesku 100 EUR je obvezen del postopka prijave udeležbe na plesni tabor. Plačilo akontacije za prijavo se prijavitelju ne povrne v primeru odpovedi udeležbe po 5 dneh šteto od dneva plačila akontacije.
Rok plačila za preostali znesek izbranega paketa je odvisen od datuma oddane prijave in izbranega načina plačila, pri čemer je absolutni zadnji rok za plačilo 8 dni pred začetkom plesnega tabora.
Po prejemu polnega plačila za izbrani paket prijavitelj prejme potrditev veljavne prijave udeležbe na plesnem taboru.
4. ENKRATNA PLAČILA
Prijavitelj je ne glede na izbor enkratnega plačila zavezan k plačilu akontacije za rezervacijo izbranega paketa v znesku 100 EUR v petih (5) dneh po oddaji prijave udeležbe oziroma rezervacije.
Polno plačilo za prijavo udeležbe na plesnem taboru je v primeru enkratnega plačilo potrebno izvršiti do najkasneje zadnjega dne v naslednjem mesecu po plačilu akontacije.
Absolutni zadnji rok za polno plačilo izbranega paketa je mogoče izvršiti do najkasneje 15 dni pred začetkom plesnega tabora.
Prijavitelj sam nosi stroške plačila, ki lahko nastanejo ob izvršeni transakciji. Po izvršenem plačilu bo prijavitelj prejel potrditev veljavne prijave udeležbe na plesni tabor.
5. INFORMACIJE O RAČUNU
Plačila UPN se izvršijo na spodaj navedeni račun, kot sledi:

6. POSEBNE PONUDBE, AKCIJSKA CENA, PRIJAVA SKUPIN
Prijava v skupini omogoča priznanje posebnega popusta, in sicer:
6 oseb - 6% popust na ceno "I Feel ALL that" paketa
7 oseb - 7% popust na ceno "I Feel ALL that" paketa
8 oseb - 8% popust na ceno "I Feel ALL that" paketa
9 oseb - 9% popust na ceno "I Feel ALL that" paketa
10 oseb - 10% popust na ceno "I Feel ALL that" paketa
Prijavitelji so dolžni pred prijavo skupine na organizatorjev elektronski naslov (info@allthatdancecamp.com) posredovati seznam oseb v skupini. Minimalno število oseb v skupini je 6 in največ 10 oseb. Organizator ima pravico osebam iz seznama zavrniti prijavo, če so že na seznamu prijavljenih oseb, ki ga vodi organizator in smiselno iz drugih razlogov navedenih v 12. in 13. točki splošnih pogojev.
V primeru rezervacije v skupini morajo prijavitelji oseb s seznama, ki so ga predhodno poslali organizatorju, rezervacijo paketov za vse osebe v skupini opraviti na isti dan oziroma v roku 24 ur. od prve oddane prijave. V zvezi z oddajo rezervacije veljajo določbe o obvezni akontaciji za rezervacijo.
V primeru odpovedi posamezne rezervacije iz razlogov, ki niso na strani organizatorja, se temu sorazmerno zmanjša obračunan popust na pakete ostalih prijaviteljev, ne glede na izbran način plačila, in sicer ob zadnji položnici. V primeru, da se število prijavljenih oseb iz seznama iz prvega odstavka zaradi odpovedi iz prejšnjega odstavka zmanjša na 5 oseb ali manj, si organizator pridržuje pravico do zaračunanja polne cene izbranega paketa vsem ostalim prijaviteljem, upoštevajoč že plačane zneske. V primeru odpovedi veljajo splošne določbe o odpovedi rezervacije s strani prijavitelja in odpovedi s strani organizatorja.
7. ODPOVED PLESNEGA TABORA S STRANI ORGANIZATORJA
Organizator ne odgovarja za zamudo ali nezmožnost izvedbe plesnega tabora zaradi izrednih okoliščin kot so, vendar ne omejeno na: višjo silo, splošno stavko, naravno nesrečo, vojno, požar, poplavo, itd. V tem primeru organizator ni zavezan povrniti izvršenih plačil s strani prijavitelja. V primeru odpovedi plesnega tabora s strani organizatorja iz drugih razlogov, ki ne predstavljajo višje sile, bodo vsa plačila prijavitelju povrnjena preko bančnega nakazila.
V primeru, da dogodek ni odpovedan s strani organizatorja in se izvede v predvidenem terminu, prenosa prijave ali zahtevka za povrnitev plačila že plačanih obveznosti, organizator ni dolžan sprejeti in upoštevati.
8. SPREMEMBE PROGRAMA
Organizator si pridržuje pravico do spremembe programa, seznama učiteljev, urnika in lokacije brez, da bi to pomenilo obveznost povrnitev izvršenih plačil s strani prijavitelja.
9. ODPOVED UDELEŽBE S STRANI PRIJAVITELJA
Prijavitelj ima pravico do odpovedi izbranega paketa s pisno zahtevo, ki jo vloži na elektronski poštni naslov: info@allthatdancecamp.com
Vse odpovedi udeležbe so brezplačne, v kolikor prijavitelj organizatorju odpoved sporoči pisno na naslov organizatorja ali preko elektronske pošte v roku štirih dni (4) po rezervaciji izbranega paketa.
V primeru odpovedi udeležbe po prejemu akontacije za prijavo oziroma v petih (5) dneh od rezervacije izbranega paketa si organizator pridržuje pravico do zadržanja zneska plačane akontacije za prijavo v višini 100 EUR.
Za vse ostale odpovedi veljajo spodaj napisani odpovedni stroški:
- odpoved do 25 dni pred začetkom tabora: 100 EUR oziroma zadržanje plačane akontacije;
- odpoved od 24 dni do 20 dni pred začetkom tabora: 40% cene izbranega paketa;
- odpoved od 19 dni do 15 dni pred začetkom tabora: 50% cene izbranega paketa;
- odpoved od 14 dni do 10 dni pred začetkom tabora: 80% cene izbranega paketa;
- odpoved kasneje od 9 dni pred začetkom tabora: 100% cene izbranega paketa;
Organizator ne odgovarja za povrnitev plačila prijave v primeru odpovedi udeležbe v času, ko je udeleženec že na plesnem taboru ali zaradi zdravstvenih težav udeleženca, ki se lahko pojavijo tekom poteka plesnega tabora. V tem primeru veljajo odpovedni stroški. v višini 100% cene izbranega paketa.
POZOR! Na strani udeleženca je, da si preventivno za primere odpovedi udeležbe iz razlogov na strani udeleženca (npr. bolezni) uredi ustrezno komercialno zavarovanje, ki krije stroške odpovedi (npr. CORIS). V tem primeru zavarovalnica udeležencu povrne celotni plačani znesek izbranega paketa, zmanjšan za enkratno plačano premijo, ki je pri zavarovalnici CORIS znaša od 10,44 EUR do 29,79 EUR (odvisno od cene paketa)*.
10. PRAVNA ODGOVORNOST
Udeležence organizator poziva k pravočasni sklenitvi potrebnih zavarovanj (zdravstveno zavarovanje, dopolnilno zdravstveno zavarovanje).
Udeleženci z obstoječo telesno ali duševno poškodbo in/ali udeleženci z obstoječimi zdravstvenimi težavami se udeležijo plesnega tabora na lastno odgovornost. Udeleženci z navedenimi obstoječimi telesnimi, duševnimi ali zdravstvenimi težavami morajo o obstoju navedenega pravočasno sporočiti organizatorju. Navedeno vključuje posebne dietne programe in alergije na posamezno hrano.
Glede na naravo plesnega tabora je organizator izključen odgovornosti, ki bi lahko nastala za škodo zaradi poškodbe, bolezni ali uničenja premoženja udeleženca med potekom plesnega tabora.
Organizator ni odgovoren za pogrešano, poškodovano ali odtujeno osebno premoženje udeležencev, kar vključuje vendar ni omejeno na mobilne telefone, tablice, prenosne računalnike, zvočnike, slušalke, denarnice, osebne dokumente, oblačila in obutev, itd.
Udeleženci morajo izkazovati sprejemljiv standard obnašanja sicer si organizator pridržuje pravico, da udeleženca izključi iz plesnega tabora na način, da o tem obvesti zakonitega skrbnika udeleženca, ki je dolžan udeleženca trajno odstraniti iz prizorišča plesnega tabora. Organizator si v tem primeru pridržuje pravico zadržanja plačanih sredstev za prijavo udeležbe.
Od vsakega udeleženca se pričakuje sprejem osnovnih pravil obnašanja, ki bodo objavljena na plesnem taboru in s katerimi jih bo seznanil organizator ob pričetku plesnega tabora.
Uživanje alkohola ali prepovedanih substanc je strogo prepovedano in kaznovano z brezpogojno trajno odstranitvijo udeleženca iz prizorišča plesnega tabora. Organizator si pridržuje pravico zadržanja plačanih sredstev za prijavo udeležbe.
11. REKLAMACIJA
Prijavitelj ali prijavljeni udeleženec je dolžan nepravilnosti sporočiti organizatorju na dogodku samem, ko se zgodijo. Reklamacija mora biti utemeljena. V primeru, ko je nepravilnosti mogoče rešiti na dogodku samem, udeleženec ali prijavitelj pa pomanjkljivosti ni nemudoma sporočil, se šteje, da se udeleženec in prijavitelj strinjata s takšno storitvijo in izgubita pravico uveljavljati kasnejšo reklamacijo.
Prijavitelj lahko vloži pisno reklamacijo v roku 14 dni po končani izvedbi plesnega tabora na elektronski naslov info@allthatdancecamp.com
Nepravilno in nepravočasno reklamacijo organizator ni dolžan upoštevati in iz nje ne izhajajo nobene pravne posledice za organizatorja.
Organizator je na pisno reklamacijo dolžan odgovoriti v 8 dneh od prejema. Če je nepravilnost po oceni organizatorja enostavna, jo je organizator zavezan odpraviti v čim krajšem možnem času. Če nepravilnost po oceni organizatorja ni enostavna, je organizator dolžan raziskati vse okoliščine nepravilnosti.
Dokler organizator ne odloči o reklamaciji se prijavitelj in udeleženec odpovesta posredovanju tretjih oseb oziroma ustanov ali dajanja informacij javnim glasilom.
Višina odškodnine je omejena na višino vplačanega zneska izbranega paketa. To določilo ne velja, ko ima organizator skladno s splošnimi pogoji pravico odpovedati izvedbo tabora oziroma zadržati stroške povezane z odpovedjo udeležbe.
Ne glede na reklamacijo je prijavitelj dolžan poravnati svoje obveznosti, ki izhajajo iz rezervacije izbranega paketa skladno z določbami splošnih pogojev poslovanja organizatorja, morebitna odškodnina pa se izplača po zaključenem reklamacijskem postopku na osebni račun prijavitelja.
12. OBVEZNOSTI UDELEŽENCA
Udeleženec plesnega tabora je zavezan:
- ob registraciji na plesnem taboru (“check in”) posedovati veljaven osebni dokument in v namen izkaza istovetnosti pokazati osebju organizatorja;
- na plesnem taboru izkazovati veljavno udeležbo na način, da nosi “IFEELDANCE zapestnico” (Kršitev nošenja ali nedovoljen prenos zapestnice na neprijavljeno osebo je kaznovan s trajno izključitvijo iz prizorišča plesnega tabora);
- pravočasen prihod na plesni tabor skladno z navodili organizatorja.
- imeti urejeno zdravstveno zavarovanje in posedovati veljavno zdravstveno kartico;
- pravočasno sporočiti glede posebnih zdravstvenih težav in motenj v prehrani ali posebne prehrambene diete.
13. POLITIKA ZASEBNOSTI (poglej več)
Organizator jemlje varnost vaših osebnih podatkov resno in je zavezan z njimi ravnati v skladu z Zakonom o osebnih podatkih. Organizator ne bo razkril osebnih podatkov prijavitelja in udeleženca tretjim osebam. Organizator si pridržuje pravico uporabe osebnih podatkov za namen oglaševanja plesnega tabora.
Organizator, osebje in trenerji si pridržujejo pravico do zvočnega in slikovnega snemanja poteka celotnega plesnega tabora, posameznih delavnic in dogodkov v sklopu plesnega tabora. Vsi zvočni in slikovni posnetki nastali v sklopu plesnega tabora so izključna last organizatorja in jih lahko uporabi kadarkoli za namen oglaševanja.
14. SPREJEM SPLOŠNIH POGOJEV POSLOVANJA
S prijavo udeležbe prijavitelj in udeleženec sprejemata navedeni splošne pogoje poslovanja.

I FEEL DANCE ALLTHAT BOOTHCAMP is governed by the following general terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions are an integral part of the contract concluded between the Allthat Institute and the applicant who registers a participant for the IFeelDance AllThat Boothcamp. The applicant can familiarize themselves with the provisions of the general terms and conditions on the website www.allthatdancecamp.com, where they are specially marked and generally accessible.
These general terms and conditions do not apply to the conclusion of additional insurance in the event of cancellation of participation by the applicant, where the Allthat Institute acts as an intermediary. In this case, the general terms and conditions of the insurance company apply.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
IFeelDance AllThat Boothcamp (hereinafter: the dance camp) is organized by ZAVOD ALLTHAT, Vodnikova cesta 269a, 1000 Ljubljana, registration number: 9432779000, tax number: 74068024 (hereinafter: the organizer).
The IFellDance AllThat Boothcamp trademark is a protected trademark. Any unauthorized reproduction and/or use of the trademark is strictly prohibited.
The organizer will offer dance workshops with selected choreographers and teachers to the participants of the dance camp.
The organizer reserves the right to change the program, schedule, list of teachers and location of the dance camp at any time.
2. PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION AND CONTRACT
A registrant is any person who makes a valid reservation or purchase of a selected package. A participant is any person who will attend the dance camp based on the payment of the full amount of the selected package. Registration for participation is only possible via the official online form.
The program in an individual package is considered an offer.
Based on the offer, the registrant registers the participant via the official online form. Upon registration, the registrant receives the IFeelDance AllThat Boothcamp document to their email address, which contains all information about the selected package and additional services, as well as the payment program and any other agreements. To participate in the dance camp, the registrant must complete all required forms and make all payments in accordance with the payment terms specified in the received document or the general terms and conditions. If the registrant does not provide correct information upon registration, they are responsible for all costs or legal consequences resulting from incorrect information.
The completed and submitted online form constitutes a reservation of the selected package.
Reservation of the selected package constitutes a legally binding acceptance of the offer and obliges the applicant to pay the full price of the selected package in accordance with the payment terms listed below. Reservation of the selected package obliges the applicant to pay the application deposit within 5 days of submitting the application. In the event that the applicant does not pay the application deposit within 5 days of registration, the organizer will cancel the package reservation and notify the applicant thereof in writing or in another appropriate manner. The day of payment is considered the day when the applicant makes the payment or when the organizer receives the payment into its transaction account. Participation in the dance camp is only permitted upon timely and full payment of the selected package, i.e. the entire amount of the selected package.
The organizer does not allow participation in the dance camp or individual activities organized as part of the dance camp if the participant has not fulfilled the application conditions and, or participation from the general terms and conditions and, or has not correctly completed the registration on site upon prior agreement.
Confirmed participation is subject to the number of available places, therefore the organizer is not responsible for the costs of registration, any travel costs, accommodation costs or any other costs that the applicant may incur due to the loss of a free place and/or non-participation in the dance camp.
3. PAYMENT TERMS AND PRICES
The prices of the selected package are set out in the offer and programme and are valid from the date of publication of the programme until changed. The price includes the services listed in the programme of the selected package. The price valid for the applicant is the price on the day of conclusion of the contract (registration or submission of the reservation).
Payment of an advance payment to confirm the reservation of participation in the dance camp in the amount of EUR 100 is a mandatory part of the registration process for participation in the dance camp. The payment of the advance payment for the application is not refunded to the applicant in the event of cancellation of participation after 5 days from the date of payment of the advance payment.
The payment deadline for the remaining amount of the selected package depends on the date of submission of the application and the selected payment method, with the absolute final payment deadline being 8 days before the start of the dance camp.
After receiving full payment for the selected package, the applicant will receive confirmation of a valid registration for participation in the dance camp.
4. ONE-TIME PAYMENTS
Regardless of the choice of one-time payment, the applicant is obliged to pay an advance payment for the reservation of the selected package in the amount of EUR 100 within five (5) days after submitting the application for participation or reservation.
In the case of a one-time payment, full payment for the registration for participation in the dance camp must be made no later than the last day of the following month after the payment of the advance payment.
The absolute deadline for full payment of the selected package can be made no later than 15 days before the start of the dance camp.
The applicant is responsible for the payment costs that may arise upon the transaction. After payment, the applicant will receive confirmation of a valid registration for participation in the dance camp.
5. ACCOUNT INFORMATION

6. SPECIAL OFFERS, SPECIAL PRICE, GROUP REGISTRATION
Registration in a group allows for a special discount, namely:
6 people - 6% discount on the price of the "I Feel ALL that" package
7 people - 7% discount on the price of the "I Feel ALL that" package
8 people - 8% discount on the price of the "I Feel ALL that" package
9 people - 9% discount on the price of the "I Feel ALL that" package
10 people - 10% discount on the price of the "I Feel ALL that" package
Registrants are obliged to send a list of people in the group to the organizer's email address (info@allthatdancecamp.com) before registering the group. The minimum number of people in the group is 6 and the maximum is 10 people. The organizer has the right to refuse registration to people from the list if they are already on the list of registered people, which is maintained by the organizer and, where appropriate, for other reasons specified in points 12 and 13 of the general terms and conditions.
In the case of a group reservation, the applicants of the persons from the list previously sent to the organizer must make the reservation of packages for all persons in the group on the same day or within 24 hours. from the first submitted application. In connection with the submission of the reservation, the provisions on the mandatory advance payment for the reservation apply.
In the case of cancellation of an individual reservation for reasons beyond the organizer's control, the discount calculated on the packages of the other applicants will be reduced proportionally, regardless of the selected payment method, namely with the last payment slip. In the event that the number of registered persons from the list from the first paragraph is reduced to 5 persons or less due to the cancellation from the previous paragraph, the organizer reserves the right to charge the full price of the selected package to all other applicants, taking into account the amounts already paid. In the event of cancellation, the general provisions on cancellation of the reservation by the applicant and cancellation by the organizer apply.
7. CANCELLATION OF THE DANCE CAMP BY THE ORGANIZER
The organizer is not responsible for the delay or inability to carry out the dance camp due to extraordinary circumstances such as, but not limited to: force majeure, general strike, natural disaster, war, fire, flood, etc. In this case, the organizer is not obliged to refund the payments made by the applicant. In the event of cancellation of the dance camp by the organizer for other reasons that do not constitute force majeure, all payments will be refunded to the applicant via bank transfer.
In the event that the event is not canceled by the organizer and takes place on the scheduled date, the organizer is not obliged to accept and consider the transfer of the application or the request for the refund of the payment of already paid obligations.
8. CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
The organizer reserves the right to change the program, list of teachers, schedule and location without this constituting an obligation to refund the payments made by the applicant.
9. CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION BY THE APPLICANT
The applicant has the right to cancel the selected package by submitting a written request to the email address: info@allthatdancecamp.com
All cancellations of participation are free of charge, provided that the applicant notifies the organizer of the cancellation in writing to the organizer's address or via email within four (4) days after booking the selected package.
In the event of cancellation of participation after receiving the registration deposit or within five (5) days of booking the selected package, the organizer reserves the right to withhold the amount of the paid registration deposit in the amount of EUR 100.
For all other cancellations, the cancellation costs listed below apply:
- cancellation up to 25 days before the start of the camp: EUR 100 or withholding of the paid deposit;
- cancellation from 24 days to 20 days before the start of the camp: 40% of the price of the selected package;
- cancellation from 19 days to 15 days before the start of the camp: 50% of the price of the selected package;
- cancellation from 14 days to 10 days before the start of the camp: 80% of the price of the selected package;
- cancellation later than 9 days before the start of the camp: 100% of the price of the selected package;
The organizer is not responsible for refunding the registration fee in the event of cancellation of participation while the participant is already at the dance camp or due to health problems of the participant that may arise during the course of the dance camp. In this case, cancellation costs apply. in the amount of 100% of the price of the selected package.
ATTENTION! It is the participant's responsibility to arrange appropriate commercial insurance as a preventive measure for cases of cancellation of participation for reasons on the participant's part (e.g. illness) that covers cancellation costs (e.g. CORIS). In this case, the insurance company will refund the participant the full amount paid for the selected package, less the one-time premium paid, which at CORIS insurance company ranges from EUR 10.44 to EUR 29.79 (depending on the price of the package)*.
10. LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY
The organizer urges participants to take out the necessary insurance (health insurance, supplementary health insurance) in a timely manner.
Participants with an existing physical or mental injury and/or participants with existing health problems participate in the dance camp at their own risk. Participants with the aforementioned existing physical, mental or health problems must notify the organizer of the existence of the aforementioned in a timely manner. The aforementioned includes special diet programs and allergies to individual foods.
Given the nature of the dance camp, the organizer is excluded from liability for damage that may arise due to injury, illness or destruction of the participant's property during the dance camp.
The organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal property of the participants, which includes but is not limited to mobile phones, tablets, laptops, speakers, headphones, wallets, personal documents, clothing and footwear, etc.
Participants must demonstrate an acceptable standard of conduct, otherwise the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the dance camp by informing the participant's legal guardian, who is obliged to permanently remove the participant from the dance camp venue. In this case, the organizer reserves the right to withhold the funds paid for the registration of participation.
Each participant is expected to accept the basic rules of conduct, which will be announced at the dance camp and with which they will be informed by the organizer at the beginning of the dance camp.
Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and punishable by unconditional permanent removal of the participant from the dance camp venue. The organizer reserves the right to withhold the funds paid for the registration of participation.
11. COMPLAINT
The applicant or registered participant is obliged to report irregularities to the organizer at the event itself, when they occur. The complaint must be justified. In the event that irregularities can be resolved at the event itself, but the participant or applicant did not immediately report the deficiency, it is considered that the participant and applicant agree to such service and lose the right to make a later complaint.
The applicant can file a written complaint within 14 days after the end of the dance camp to the email address info@allthatdancecamp.com
The organizer is not obliged to take into account an incorrect and untimely complaint and no legal consequences arise from it for the organizer.
The organizer is obliged to respond to a written complaint within 8 days of receipt. If the irregularity is simple in the organizer's assessment, the organizer is obliged to eliminate it as soon as possible. If the irregularity is not simple in the organizer's assessment, the organizer is obliged to investigate all the circumstances of the irregularity.
Until the organizer decides on the complaint, the applicant and the participant waive the right to communicate with third parties or institutions or to provide information to the media.
The amount of compensation is limited to the amount paid for the selected package. This provision does not apply when the organizer has the right, in accordance with the general terms and conditions, to cancel the camp or to retain costs related to the cancellation of participation.
Regardless of the complaint, the applicant is obliged to settle his obligations arising from the reservation of the selected package in accordance with the provisions of the organizer's general terms and conditions, and any compensation will be paid to the applicant's personal account after the complaint procedure has been completed.
12. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT
The participant of the dance camp is obliged to:
- when registering at the dance camp (“check in”), possess a valid personal document and show it to the organizer’s staff for the purpose of identification;
- at the dance camp, demonstrate valid participation by wearing the “IFEELDANCE bracelet” (Violation of wearing or unauthorized transfer of the bracelet to an unregistered person is punished with permanent exclusion from the dance camp venue);
- arrive at the dance camp on time in accordance with the organizer’s instructions.
- have health insurance and possess a valid health card;
- report any special health problems and eating disorders or special diets in a timely manner.
13. PRIVACY POLICY (see more)
The organizer takes the security of your personal data seriously and is obliged to handle it in accordance with the Personal Data Act. The organizer will not disclose the personal data of the applicant and participant to third parties. The organizer reserves the right to use personal data for the purpose of advertising the dance camp.
The organizer, staff and trainers reserve the right to audio and video recording of the entire dance camp, individual workshops and events within the dance camp. All audio and video recordings created within the dance camp are the exclusive property of the organizer and may be used at any time for advertising purposes.
14. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering to participate, the applicant and participant accept the stated general terms and conditions.
